Concertina barbed wire is delivered free of charge to the following cities of the Khersonska oblast: Kherson, Nova Kakhovka, Kakhovka, Oleshky (ex. Tsiurupynsk), Henichesk, Skadovsk, Hola Prystan, Beryslav, Tavriisk and other settlements in which there is a department of delivery services. Concertina barbed wire is delivered not only to Kherson and Khersonska oblast but also to the neighboring regions of Zaporizhzhia and Zaporizka oblast, Mykolaiv and Mykolaivska oblast, as well as barbed wire. Concertina is delivered free of charge to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Dnipro (ex. Dnipropetrovsk) and Dnipropetrovska oblast, as well as to all other regions and settlements of Ukraine.
