Concertina barbed wire is delivered free of charge to the following cities of Khmelnytska oblast: Khmelnytskyi, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Shepetivka, Netishyn, Slavuta, Starokostiantyniv, Polonne, Krasyliv, Volochysk, Iziaslav, Horodok, Dunaivtsi, Derazhnia and other settlements in which there is a delivery department. Concertina barbed wire is delivered free of charge to the Khmelnytskyi and Khmelnytska oblast, as well as to the neighboring regions – Chernivtsi and Chernivetska oblast, Vinnytsia and Vinnytska oblast, as well as Rivne and Rivnenska oblast. In addition, Concertina barbed wire is delivered free of charge to Zhytomyr and Zhytomyrska oblast, Ternopil and Ternopilska oblast, as well as to all other regions and to all settlements of Ukraine.
